All of our products are available, however, because most of our products are made to order and by Amish craftsmen, our lead times do fluctuate. We usually estimate 6-12 weeks and will confirm prior to finalizing your order.

Do you build on site?
Yes, depending on where the product is being delivered to. In instances where your product cannot be dropped off easily, we can opt to build on site. All of this would be determined prior to ordering and delivery.
Do you deliver?
Yes, but PLEASE NOTE: We must know in advance if you have a fenced yard so we can discuss gate opening size requirements.
What does delivery cost?
Most of our items INCLUDE delivery to the Buffalo Metro Area. Contact us for rates outside the area.
How far do you deliver?
A ~100 mile radius of Buffalo, NY. Depending on the order, we do make exceptions.
What are your hours of operation?
We are available 24/7 on our website and through Facebook. If you wish to schedule an appointment, our office hours are 9-5 M-F.

Yes, we offer rent to own at 12 mo, 24 mo, 36 mo, and 48 mo.
